Gabby is an osteopath at Yarra Valley Women’s Health in Healesville, supporting patients with back and neck pain, headaches, hip and shoulder pain, sporting injuries and general musculoskeletal concerns.

With a background in strength and conditioning, Gabby combines hands-on osteopathic treatment with exercise and rehabilitation to help you move confidently and get back to doing the things you enjoy.

What can Gabby help with?

  • Back and neck pain

  • Headaches

  • Hip and shoulder pain

  • Sporting and exercise-related injuries

  • Muscle and joint pain

  • Recurrent or persistent injuries

  • Strength and rehabilitation

  • Returning to exercise after injury

  • Pregnancy and postpartum musculoskeletal pain

Gabrielle first developed a passion for human anatomy and movement while rising through the ranks as a semi-professional athlete. Her athletic journey sparked a desire to better understand the body, initially to give herself, and eventually her future patients, the best chance at succeeding in their sport. Now as an Osteopath, Gabrielle channels this passion to help people from all walks of life as she recognises the importance of optimal pain free movement beyond competitive sport.

Further training

  • Gabrielle has completed her ASCA level 1 Strength and Conditioning Course. This certificate builds and refines her already existing knowledge surrounding how best to load a patient with strength and rehab exercises to achieve the best results.

  • Gabrielle has completed her Dry needling and cupping course which equips her with the knowledge to apply dry needle to areas of dysfunction to support the body’s healing process, and reduce tension and pain.

Outside the Clinic

Away from the clinic Gabby is usually immersed in training or playing soccer, but in her spare time you can find her baking or tending to her house plant collection.
