Charlotte Pickering

Programs Manager + Director
B.Sc Health Promotion
Postpartum Professional Training

Charlotte is Yarra Valley Women’s Health’s Programs Manager and Director. Within this role, Charlotte shapes our not for profit and community work as a Health Promotion Charity.
Charlotte has over fifteen years of experience in developing and delivering health promotion and public health programs and initiatives, working across Australia and in the Pacific in the health and education sectors. Her areas of special interest and expertise are in women’s health, respectful relationships, and gender equity.

Motherhood continues to shape and inform the way Charlotte works. Most recently, Charlotte built a postpartum care and support business, focused on supporting growing young families. Charlotte looks forward to using these combined experiences to inform and amplify the community and programs work at Yarra Valley Women’s Health.

As a registered Health Promotion Charity, Yarra Valley Women’s Health’s purpose is to promote and facilitate the prevention, control and treatment of diseases related to menstruation, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menopause, lactation, and mental health.

Outside the Clinic

Outside of her work at the clinic, Charlotte enjoys spending time in nature with her family, going on adventures. In her free time, you can find Charlotte at reformer pilates, or devouring a cheese platter at the wine bar with friends.
